Resuming of conveyor’s work

On the 9th of August GM-AVTOVAZ has resumed Chevrolet NIVA production after summer vacations.

Extension of Summer Vacation

GM-AVTOVAZ informs about the extension of summer vacation till August, 8 due to due to change of production schedule at JSC «AVTOVAZ».

Summer Vacation

The summer vacations at GM-AVTOVAZ will begin on July 19 and extend till August 1. On the 2d of August the plant will continue the normal operation.

Production and Sales Results of the 1st half of 2010 year.

Within six months of 2010 CJSC GM-AVTOVAZ built 16,454 Chevrolet NIVA vehicle. The mid-year results are 58 % higher than in the same period of the previous year.

Resuming of Two-shift Operations

Due to the strengthening demand of Chevrolet NIVA and increase of the production plan till the end of 2010 year, the GM-AVTOVAZ Leadership team has decided to resume two-shift operations starting from September, 21st and till the end of the year. From that point, production will take place over two shifts, five days per week and 8 hours per shift.
